SecondaryLogic™ utilizes CollateralLogic™ for use in analyzing loan pools. No other product allows for such a thorough, automated analysis of the appraisal reports within a loan pool. Imagined appraisal reports are uploaded into CollateralLogic™ as a stand alone product or in combination with an AVM. By utilizing OMRLogic™, scanned or imaged appraisals with less than perfect resolution can be processed.
